When one of the UK's leading specialist contract packers to the food industry, Kapak, experienced an increase in demand, they turned to Loveshaw to help.

The Company already used case sealers and so were well versed in their capabilities. And, how, when compared to hand sealing they save space (no pre-erection required), save time (tape top & bottom of a case at the same time) and save money (improve efficiency).

Kapak's existing case sealers were a mix of non-loveshaw equipment purchased over time. They also had one Little David Legend Case Sealer. From the free on-site consultation with Loveshaw's area manager, it became clear that the operators preferred the ease of use of the single masted Legend, and its much better reliability when compared to the existing case sealers.

After due consideration and direct input from the operations staff at Kapak, Loveshaw were pleased to recommend three new LD7 sealers to the company. From initial contact at the Total Pack exhibition, to on-site consultation and final delivery of the new machines, the project was completed within two weeks.
