Advent Colour’s scepticism about Loveshaw’s ability to automate a process that had been performed by hand for years gave way to delight as the installation of three Little David case sealers, each fitted with a Microjet2 two line dot-matrix case coder, meant that boxes no longer had to be pre-made before filling and were sealed automatically. Hand applied labels are also now a thing of the past.

As their confidence in Loveshaw’s professionalism, quality of service and products grew Advent reviewed other areas of their production process. The result? A Loveshaw ‘EASY’ pallet wrapper has replaced the old hand-wrapping approach to pallet stabilisation.
