Case Erector FAQ

What is a case erector?

A case erector, also called a box erector or carton erector, is a machine that will take a flat-packed cardboard box/case or carton, form the blank into shape, apply tape to the bottom of the box/case or carton and present it with top flaps open ready to be filled.

Who would use a case erector?

Anyone that packs products into cardboard boxes and would like to automate the process of erecting boxes.

Why would I use a case erector?

A case erector removes the need to pre-erect boxes / cases or cartons prior to being packed. It saves space, time and money. Operating at speeds of between 10-15 boxes / minute, it greatly enhances the speed at which boxes are made ready and presented for filling.
