Loveshaw, supply a complete range of spares and aftermarket products for all of our packaging machinery. The majority of needs are met directly from stock and our service personnel are in house. If you require service please call our technical help desk.
Installations
Installations are carried out on-site by Loveshaw service personnel. Full on site training is given, both for Operators and Engineering staff, as required. Refresher training is also offered.
Warranty
All packaging machinery is covered by a standard 12m warranty. Service contracts and extended warranties are also available. Most parts are available from stock.
Wear Items & Spare Parts
As with all packaging machinery, some parts will degrade over time. The most common wear parts are the belts & knives on the case sealers. These, however are easily replaced and are available from stock. Customers can choose from next day or three day delivery.
Maintenance
The Loveshaw range of packaging machinery is simply designed and robust in manufacture. It is built to last and to minimise any potential downtime. We appreciate that in today's production, not all routine maintenance gets done. Many factories operate without any full-time in-house engineering support. To ensure optimum performance, we recommend that wear parts are checked regularly and replaced as & when required. Service visits can be arranged. Call and ask to speak to the Service Dept.
Service Visits
All Loveshaw in-house engineers are trained on the entire range of packaging machines. They are available for on-site visits, but most events can be dealt with over the telephone. If you have a query, please call and ask for the Service Department.
Microjet Hire
Downtime costs money. We therefore run a Microjet Hire Program, whereby if a unit is sent in for repair (outside of its warranty period), a replacement is sent out on hire at a nominal cost, until the original unit has been repaired and returned to the customer.
